DUTIES: Drafting Family Based and Employment Based immigration cover letters including H-1B, EB-2 NIW, EB-1, O-1, and Exhibit Lists for the attorney’s review; Drafting legal memoranda, conducting thorough legal research, and preparing pleadings;  Completing USCIS Forms and applications and providing direct representation for clients throughout the process; Conducting research via Westlaw and LexisNexis Advance research techniques; Conducting the Quality Review of the immigration packages before filing with the USCIS; Drafting the RFE, NOID, NOIR responses.
