Dr. Mohsen Rowhani, Esq.
Mohsen Rowhani received his doctorate (J.S.D. — Doctorate in Juridical Science) from Cardozo Law School, where he wrote his dissertation on international law and economic sanctions. He also obtained his LL.M. degree in international law from Fordham Law School. He is a licensed attorney and is authorized to practice Federal Law such as Immigration and economic sanctions cases in all 50 states. He is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS) and a member of the New York State Bar Association.
He was the editor of the ICPELR Law Review at Cardozo Law School and has written several law review articles in the field of sanctions laws. Mohsen is acquainted with the challenges experienced by immigrants and non-immigrants, having successfully gone through the many steps of US immigration procedure. His firm represents clients in cases involving compliance with Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions, as well as those involving personal injury, family matters, landlord-tenants disputes and elder law.
