DUTIES: Drafting Family Based and Employment Based immigration cover letters including H-1B, EB-2 NIW, EB-1, O-1, and Exhibit Lists for the attorney’s review; Drafting legal memoranda, conducting thorough legal research, and preparing pleadings; Outlining briefs specifically for asylum cases; Completing USCIS Forms and applications, providing direct representation for clients throughout the process; Developing pro se materials to aid clients in self-representation; Drafting comprehensive country conditions reports for inclusion in asylum applications; Developing materials for the firm’s attorney in representation of U visa, T Visa or VAWA clients; Collecting pertinent information during client intakes; Conducting research via Westlaw and LexisNexis Advance research techniques; Conducting the Quality Review of the immigration packages before filing with the USCIS; Drafting the RFE, NOID, NOIR responses for the attorney to review and finalize.
